We believe it is important to show that we put just as much effort into smaller orders as we do into larger ones.” “The same principle applies here: a deal is a deal,” adds Wilfred Gofers. “That is the only way to build long-term partnerships, and ultimately, that is what we are aiming for.”

For us, it goes without saying that reliability must go hand in hand with flexibility. A professional organisation should always be focused on serving its customers. A healthy degree of empathy is therefore one of the standard qualities of our people.

“When the need is urgent, we try to help find a solution,” says Marc Slegers. “We cannot always provide a solution ourselves, but in most cases, our network enables us to find what the customer needs. We are often still able to deliver when others have already had to say no.”
